Too bad you couldn't make it... we had at least 225 through the door. Went through 45lbs of beef, almost 1.5lbs of red savina, ~12lbs of lettuce and over 10lbs of cheese. Oddly, we went through less beer, but I imagine that's because of having milk there.

Yeah, strange how I seem to be getting back into startup-ish hours here lately. Our whole team has been really key to many high priority projects in the company lately and we need to expand -really- badly. Unfortunately I didn't get out of work until about the time tacos were scheduled to end being served. :(
Oh well, I bought taco stuff at the store the other day so I'll make some nuclear tacos for 1 soon to make up for it tonight. :)

Last night was a success in my book. I helped at the drink stand, I got to see so many grown men, come up crying wanting a drink. I can't wait until next year. Watching others discover the pain for the first time is a priceless experience.BTW. Is there another SXSW NTN tonight?
